Good Snacks Day 247


Yesterday did not go as well as planned. I lost control with the popcorn at "Now You See Me" and was literally shoveling it into my mouth. In retrospect I know not to do that anymore and bring a snack option, Here are some easy ones to get ahead of it! PS Did the Total Gym Work Out again today - I am loving it. I honestly have not worked out for 10 year and it is so easy to get back into it.

Day 1! 248 Days To Go.



Yes - I can do it!


After my last check up I was shocked to learn that I was 14 pounds up 136  from my natural weight of 122 at 5'4. I have been feeling it and seeing it slowly happen.   I am 49 turning 50 on Feb 10 2017  which gives me 248 days to get myself back. I have decided to stop saying it and start doing it. Since no one believes me since I say today is the day almost every day I have decided to start a blog to motivate myself and keep track of my perfect 50 year old body. I am too embarrassed to share my before shot but if things go as planned I will on my 50th Birthday!

On my last flight from NYC to LAX I saw an infomercial for the Total Gym Fit and decided that I was going to buy it as a present to myself for selling my book. Yesterday it arrived and I have to say it is so much fun. I also really like the trainer even though every other word she says is "fantastic".  Christy Brinkley is in her 60's and looks AMAZING and she sold me on it. I am going to do it or something everyday that I can until Feb 10.

Food has also been such an issue for me. I love it and can't stop eating all the time. If anyone other than me reads this I would love to hear your success stories!

I am going to eat healthy for the next 248
Breakfast was a poached egg
1 piece oz cheddar cheese on matzo
1 fat free cappuccino (no sugar) which was not easy.
